Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing including employee additions, exits, reimbursements, statutory deductions, and validation of payroll registers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Proficiency with payroll systems, HRMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data responsibly.
Experienced in complex payroll operations with strong knowledge of statutory deductions like PF, PT, ESIC, and Labour Welfare Fund.
Detail-oriented with proven ability to review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and handle full & final settlements effectively.
Comfortable managing employee lifecycle payroll transactions and collaborating across HR, Finance, Payroll Vendors, and Benefits teams.
