Own the architecture and design of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) solutions during implementation projects to solve client business problems and deliver value.
Lead and direct the on-site implementation team in developing functional specifications, integration, testing, and delivery of WMS configurations, modifications, interfaces, and reports.
Act as the technical subject matter expert for Blue Yonder/RedPrairie WMS, provide level 3 support during go-live, contribute to change management, and engage with customers and executives on solution design.
12 to 16 years of corporate experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
Proven expertise in technical configuration of WMS (preferably Blue Yonder/RedPrairie), including PLSQL, SQL Server, Jasper reports, PageBuilder, MOCA, and related integration technologies.
Knowledge of WMS integrations with ERP, Voice, Material Handling, ASRS, and other third-party systems; experience with technical troubleshooting and solution performance tuning.
Experienced in leading large-scale WMS implementation projects with strong architectural and integration skills in Blue Yonder/RedPrairie environments.
Comfortable working independently with strong analytical skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams, including executives.
Familiar with cloud and database platforms such as MS Azure, Oracle, SQL Server, and skilled in performance tuning and technical support escalation processes.
