Own end-to-end design, build, deployment, and maintenance of AI-powered automation pipelines and agents within marketing workflows, including API design and cloud infrastructure.
Improve and automate marketing processes by mapping workflows, removing inefficiencies, and integrating AI for tasks such as lead scoring, content personalization, and campaign routing.
Run AI operations with governance controls like human-in-the-loop approvals, drift and hallucination monitoring, prompt/model version management, and business metric instrumentation for impact reporting.
2–4 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI engineering roles.
Proficiency in OOP languages such as Python, C#, or Java with experience in REST API design, async programming, and cloud services (Azure Functions/App Service or equivalents).
Experience integrating Azure OpenAI or other Large Language Model APIs, including prompt engineering, validation, and agent system design.

Strong software engineering skills demonstrated by shipping end-to-end projects with clean, maintainable, well-tested code that supports long-term extension.
Comfortable with ambiguity and complex system design, able to rapidly prototype AI solutions and harden them for production deployment in a marketing domain.
Familiar with marketing concepts (funnels, campaigns, MQL/SQL, lead scoring) and capable of communicating technical decisions to marketing stakeholders effectively.
