Team Lead, Field Engineer

Lead and mentor a team of field engineers while personally handling complex technical tasks including integrations, automations, and data pipeline development.

Architect and deliver custom solutions using APIs, Databricks (ADX), and automation frameworks, improving client onboarding efficiency and operational scale.

Manage team coordination across client projects, escalate technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to drive technical strategy and product enhancements.

8+ years of experience in software or data engineering with leadership or mentoring roles.

Advanced Python proficiency and experience in building production-grade applications, APIs, and data pipelines.

Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, SQL, large-scale datasets, and data integration across relational and NoSQL databases.

Location requirement: Must work from Pune office 3 days a week during UK shift hours (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST); legal authorization to work in India required; no visa sponsorship available.

Experienced in delivering forward-deployed technical solutions in client-facing roles, balancing technical delivery with team leadership.

Strong background in financial data domains such as portfolio management and multi-asset class analytics.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent client engagements and a focus on scalable, production-ready solutions.
