Own SAP FI application support and maintenance including production support, incident handling, and problem management.
Provide debugging and troubleshooting for complex SAP FI modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.
Manage change and testing processes while supporting SAP integration with CO, MM, SD, and other modules.
4+ years of SAP FI experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development/support including SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms, User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, ABAP OO.
Proven experience in production support, incident handling, and problem management in SAP FI context.
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA. ServiceNow knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in multiple SAP FI technical areas and integration points with hands-on debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Capable of independently handling SAP FI application incidents and driving problem resolution and change management.
Demonstrates analytical, logical thinking with a customer-oriented mindset suited for business operational support and meeting KPIs.
