Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot complex SAP EWM warehouse management issues within SLA timelines.
Analyze and resolve process issues across inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, replenishment, inventory, yard, labor, and wave management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support integration (S/4HANA, ECC, MM, SD, PP, QM, TM), and collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
6-7+ years total experience with minimum 5-6 years specifically in SAP EWM configuration and support.
Engineering degree qualification.
Strong expertise in SAP EWM warehouse process execution and troubleshooting (warehouse structures, queues, RF transactions, monitoring).
Experience handling high-priority production issues, ABAP debugging analysis, SAP Notes implementation, and support in global environments.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage critical incidents, customer escalations, and support complex warehouse processes.
Experience working in global, multi-time zone support environments indicating strong stakeholder management capacity.
Preferably holds SAP EWM certification and has exposure to S/4HANA Embedded EWM, automation, or warehouse robotics integration.
