Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector embedding solutions to solve complex business problems.
Integrate and fine-tune large language models such as ChatGPT to build conversational AI and automation tools.
Lead and mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and deploy and monitor machine learning models in production ensuring scalability and robustness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years of software engineering experience focused on AI and machine learning.
Proficiency with Python, JavaScript/React, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), and cloud/container technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
