Design and lead development of scalable full-stack Java applications with React or Angular frontend for Mastercard’s Payment Reconciliation Intelligence Program.
Drive technical standards including architecture design, coding standards, and ensure alignment with Mastercard’s Enterprise Architecture.
Collaborate with product teams to define requirements, provide technical leadership, estimate costs and timelines, and lead a focused engineering team towards innovation and AI adoption.
Minimum Requirements
Around 9 years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate, microservices architecture, and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React JS 16+ or Angular 14+), messaging/event-driven platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS), and cloud-native technologies including AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Senior software engineer with proven ability to lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale microservices-based applications in cloud environments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and managing project scope and delivery schedules.
Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies for enterprise applications, including integration of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted development tools.
