Own technical operations and maintenance of electromechanical and utility services during shifts, ensuring operational continuity.
Manage and develop engineering and maintenance teams, oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate vendor management, budgeting controls, SLA/KPI monitoring, invoice processing, and collaborate closely with Property Manager for risk assessments and issue resolution.

Skilled in vendor management, budgeting, SLA and KPI monitoring, and compliance with technical and safety standards.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Property Managers and external vendors, with strong focus on preventive maintenance and risk mitigation.
