Proficiency in English and Indian languages required.
Experience with Workplace Services category spend in India and Asia Pacific regions, including Facilities Management, CAPEX Projects, Fleet, Security, Utilities, Catering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex RFPs and contract negotiations with focus on service levels, cost, and compliance balance.
Able to articulate strategy clearly and obtain senior management alignment, with concise communication tailored for executive audiences.
Comfortable operating independently within a global, multicultural environment and able to identify and influence savings opportunities with robust analysis.
