Business Analyst – E-commerce

Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements in E-commerce and translate them into functional documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).

Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to develop dashboards and provide actionable business insights for decision-making.

Support cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data, and QA by ensuring accurate implementation of requirements, conducting UAT, and addressing data-related issues.

2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role involving client interaction and data analysis.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, and hands-on experience with Power BI including dashboard development.

Willingness and ability to work from office locations in Gurgaon or Mumbai, as per client requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

Experienced in client-facing roles capable of independently managing requirement-gathering and stakeholder communication in E-commerce or Digital Commerce domains.

Strong blend of business analysis and data analytics skills with ability to deliver data-driven insights and solutions using SQL and Power BI.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
