Minimum Requirements
15+ years of Software Engineering experience; 3-5 years leading a team of 5+ engineers.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
Hands-on experience with Java and ETL pipeline tools such as Airflow, Spark, Apache Beam, or AWS Glue.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), deploying analytics systems at scale using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven leadership in large-scale analytics or reporting platform development and migration from legacy BI tools to modern analytics stacks.
Strong skills in relational databases, analytical datastores (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift), data modeling, and SQL.
Experience collaborating closely with product and cross-functional teams, balancing technical hands-on work and management duties.
