Warehouse & Distribution Manager

Lead deployment of OWOW (Our Way of Working) transformations at operational supply chain teams globally, focusing on warehouse, logistics, demand, and supply planning.

Coach operational teams and managers on continuous improvement practices and stakeholder engagement to improve supply chain performance.

Manage stakeholder alignment in a complex global matrix and travel internationally to operational sites across Europe, Africa, Americas, and Asia.

3-5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, warehousing, transportation, or broader supply chain roles in international organizations.

Hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma); Green or Black Belt certification is a strong plus.

Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally to operational locations in Asia and MEPA regions.

Experienced in coaching teams onsite to embed Lean and continuous improvement methodologies in supply chain operations.

Skilled in managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing without direct authority in global matrix organizations.

Comfortable working hands-on in the field, persistent in driving change despite slow organizational dynamics.
