Own end-to-end delivery of product and engineering workstreams across 2-4 cross-functional Agile teams with accountability for milestones, risks, metrics, and executive reporting.

Serve as strategic delivery partner to Product, Engineering, and Portfolio leadership, facilitating communication, decision-making, and team capacity alignment.
Minimum Requirements
8–10+ years in complex enterprise-scale technology program delivery, including 5+ years in product management, engineering, or technical lead roles.
Mandatory Agile certification (PSM/CSM); PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments with track record of full delivery ownership and partnership across Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in Agile/Scrum program management at scale within B2B SaaS companies familiar with SaaS, AWS, Azure, SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Product Ops.
Skilled in driving structured program management in fast-moving Agile environments with cross-geography and multi-team coordination.
Data-driven decision maker comfortable with executive communication and advanced program metrics tracking and reporting.
