Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years in Business Operations or Sales Operations Service back office, preferably in technology or semiconductor industry.
Master's degree in Business Management, Analytics, or Operations (or equivalent as per education/experience substitution guidelines).
Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce.
Flexible to attend evening calls between 8 PM – 11 PM IST regularly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing master data governance and compliance within a complex enterprise environment.
Skilled in analyzing and optimizing sales operations processes with measurable improvements in efficiency.
Comfortable working in a global matrix environment requiring collaboration with HQ and regional teams, including flexible working hours for international coordination.
