Experience designing and implementing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions with knowledge of network architectures (Hub-Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls).
Familiarity with migration approaches and cloud infrastructure documentation.
Experience in customer support and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; AI skills are an advantage.
