Proficiency in at least one public cloud platform, preferably Azure.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks and containerization.
Educational qualification: B.E., MCA, or M.Sc.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience designing and implementing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions with knowledge of network architectures (Hub-Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls).
Familiarity with migration approaches and cloud infrastructure documentation.
Experience in customer support and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; AI skills are an advantage.
