Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) features including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or related field.
Working knowledge of identity standards and protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM.
Familiarity with CIAM/IAM platforms such as Okta/Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra/Azure AD B2C and understanding of authentication/authorization models like SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC.
Experienced in managing identity product features balancing security, privacy, and usability within regulated industries, preferably financial services or insurance.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Security, and Risk teams in Agile environments.
Able to translate complex identity and security requirements into clear product user stories and roadmaps with a data-driven approach to feature prioritization.
