Own the product backlog and delivery of identity and access management features across consumer, partner, and workforce identity domains.
Define and prioritize requirements for authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management, balancing security, compliance, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to implement identity protocols and ensure regulatory adherence.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to identity and access management or customer identity (CIAM).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology or related field.
Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, and identity access management platforms like Okta/Auth0 or Microsoft Entra/Azure AD B2C.
Experience with API integration, SQL, data analysis, Agile methodologies, and collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Security in global settings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing IAM/CIAM products involving authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless) and authorization (RBAC, ABAC) models.
Familiarity with security and regulatory compliance in a regulated industry, preferably insurance or financial services.
Capable of working cross-functionally with senior product leadership, Engineering, and Security to ship complex identity features that balance usability and security.
