Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) content including stories, models, dashboards, and planning solutions, ensuring performance optimization and issue resolution.
Deliver L2/L3 support for Power BI reports and dashboards including troubleshooting data connectivity, report refreshes, performance, and deployment across environments.
Manage SAP Business Analytics support tasks including SAP BW query optimization, data quality investigations, report enhancements, testing, system monitoring, and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of experience in SAP Analytics support roles.
Mandatory skills: SAP BW, SAP BW on HANA, SAP SAC, Power BI, SQL, and scripting.
Educational qualification: B.E / B.Tech degree.
Required to support global teams across multiple time zones (implied global support).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end operational support and troubleshooting of enterprise SAP BW and SAC solutions, alongside Power BI.
Capable of root cause analysis and implementing improvements to reports, data models, and operational processes, including automation techniques.
Comfortable working in a global environment with cross-time zone coordination and continuous service improvement involvement.
