Oversee and improve the Global Invoice to Pay (I2P) process focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with I2P Operations Strategy.
Lead and develop multiple I2P operations managers globally, embed continuous improvement and data-driven decision making, and manage operational risks including governance and mitigation.
Drive innovation, process improvements, change management related to new technologies, and collaborate with multiple global stakeholders to ensure service performance meets targets.
Bachelor's Degree with professional qualification such as MBA, CA, or ICWA.
15+ years of relevant experience in Finance processes, specifically Global Procure to Pay domain, shared services setup, and process transformation.
Experience setting up and running Global Accounts Payable or Source to Pay centralized functions and managing global clients or internal stakeholders.
Lean, Opex, or Six Sigma certification required (Black Belt preferred). Fluent English.
Strong expertise in Finance shared services and Global Procure to Pay processes with proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and implement standardized processes globally.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with ability to influence stakeholders and drive broad process and technology transformations.
Experienced in governance, compliance, change management, and leveraging digital/automation technologies (ERP, AI solutions) to improve Finance operations.
