Set design standards, quality gates, mentor junior engineers, and generalize evaluation patterns for reuse across multiple teams.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years in data engineering with production platform ownership experience.
Hands-on experience building evaluation infrastructure for ML/AI systems, including evaluation pipelines and quality dashboards.
Experience defining ground truth and managing labeling processes with guideline authoring.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated domain ownership of data platforms, including architecture and operational decision-making.
Experience in CRM, lead-to-cash, or order data domains with ability to assess real-world evaluation datasets.
Proven record of setting design standards and validation frameworks adopted by other teams.
