Design, develop, and implement enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) system architecture and integrations with automation and repeatability.
Lead and manage IGA engineering projects and teams, driving strategic identity management aligned with IAM best practices.
Support day-to-day security controls including access creation, monitoring, security awareness, and maintaining security governance and policies for audit compliance.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
5+ years in Information Technology with at least 2+ years implementing IAM products (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta).
2+ years experience leading IGA engineering projects and teams.
Experience with IAM concepts such as access administration, directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI; understanding of IAM standards like RBAC, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect; programming skills in PowerShell and SQL.
Hands-on experience with enterprise IAM/IGA solutions including Saviynt (preferred), SailPoint, Okta, or similar, and ability to onboard third-party and cloud applications using federation protocols.
Experience defining or improving IAM processes including incident, change, and configuration management and presenting to executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with related tools and technologies such as Azure AD, PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), ADSI, ServiceNow integration, as well as certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
