Engineering Delivery Manager I

Own program-level coordination and execution for significant initiatives or related programs using intent-driven, evidence-gated delivery.

Manage day-to-day stakeholder orchestration including reconciliation of AI-drafted artifacts and drive cost-efficient adoption of AI and cloud platforms through governance and FinOps practices.

Maintain operational discipline ensuring proof signals, harm watches, and exit gates are respected before expanding work slices.

10+ years of delivery management leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Experience with Agile or Lean models and readiness to operate in intent-driven, evidence-gated delivery frameworks.

Strong expertise in AI/Cloud FinOps, budget management, financial forecasting, vendor management, and cost optimization.

Skills in cross-team coordination, engineering fluency, evidence-based delivery measurement, AI-augmented working practices, specification literacy, and senior stakeholder communication.

Experienced in managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies within product-staffed, durable team models.

Comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI-driven delivery with strong judgment to govern evidence-gated execution cycles.

Strategic in stakeholder management and financial governance with capacity to integrate AI technology effectively into delivery operations.
