Own implementation and operationalization of AI-enabled workflows, automation, and integrations for Roche’s Partnering Digital Solutions ecosystem.
Develop and maintain APIs, cloud-native services, and scalable AI solutions using AWS technologies to support decision-making and partnering operations.
Collaborate across product, AI, data, and architecture teams to continuously improve AI capabilities, operational reliability, and integration of structured and unstructured data.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, integration engineering, platform engineering, or AI solution development.
Proficient in API development and backend services using Python, FastAPI, Node.js, or Java, with strong cloud-native experience (preferably AWS ECS, Lambda).
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps including deployment, monitoring, orchestration, and operational support of AI solutions.
Experienced in operationalizing AI or ML-enabled workflows and integrating AI services into enterprise applications at scale.
Strong technical collaborator capable of working in cross-functional Agile teams involving product owners, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and advanced AI capabilities like LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern web frontend technologies (React or similar) is advantageous.
