Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, including AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Experience with AI/ML deployment practices including MLOps, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience applying AI/ML and Generative AI technologies to network operations, infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, IT operations, or observability use cases.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams in cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with network concepts, cloud infrastructure, operations monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk), and IT service management processes.
