Own the end-to-end creation and management of the Secured Business Loan Micro LAP portfolio with ticket sizes up to Rs.15 lakhs.
Define product strategy and roadmap for small business loans, including requirement gathering, feature prioritization, and customer experience improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Credit, Technology, Sales) to optimize loan lifecycle processes, improve turnaround time, and drive digital adoption.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years experience as Product Manager or similar role in Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution within the SME segment.
Experience in secured lending, preferably mortgage or LAP.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management and digital lending or onboarding is preferred.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in NBFC/BFSI/MFI sector.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has direct experience managing secured lending or small business loan products, ideally in NBFCs.
Demonstrates strategic ownership across product development, customer experience innovation, and digital penetration initiatives.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement projects within financial services environments.
