Develop and implement Microsoft Copilot solutions including custom copilots and plugins, and build advanced Gen AI applications with techniques like prompt engineering and RAG.
Establish MLOps practices, integrate AI with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise apps, design scalable APIs, and mentor AI engineers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years software engineering experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML architecture, development, and deployment.
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services) and Generative AI technologies in production.
Role is office based in Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting enterprise-scale AI solutions on Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem including AI Studio, Cognitive Services, and Copilot.
Strong hands-on expertise in Gen AI development incorporating prompt engineering, fine-tuning, multi-agent systems, and RAG architectures.
Skilled in Python and/or C#, scalable API/microservices design, vector search technologies, and capable of leading AI engineering teams and defining technical strategies.
