Own the end-to-end UX design process including user research, defining user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and collaborating with stakeholders and developers to deliver digital solutions.

Contribute to and maintain design systems to ensure consistent design across products, and advocate best practices in design implementation.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of professional full-time experience in UI/UX Design.
Experience in Insurance and SaaS platforms preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field required.
Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping is mandatory; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or similar is advantageous.
