Implement and manage Contractor Operational Excellence Management (COEM) processes to control OE/HSE risks during contractor activities.
Conduct contractor consequence and capability assessments, monitor performance, and update COEM plans dynamically based on project conditions.
Collaborate with Procurement/Supply Chain to integrate COEM into contracts and provide training, oversight, and incident prevention support related to contractor safety management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
2 to 6 years of experience in contractor safety management or operational excellence roles.
Strong knowledge of OEMS frameworks, COEM processes, and regulatory compliance.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am-5:00pm or 1:30pm-10:30pm; Sponsorship: Chevron does not sponsor visas or consider time-limited visa holders.
Experience with contractor risk assessments, SIMOPs, and major accident scenario management within large engineering or energy projects.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence multiple stakeholders including Procurement and Supply Chain management.
Familiarity with Chevron COEM procedures, OE governance, and proficiency in digital COEM tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, OE dashboards).
