Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Components (LWC and Aura), Apex, Visualforce, and platform configuration.

Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and other regulatory requirements, including collaboration with validation and QA teams in regulated settings.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years or Master’s degree with 4 to 7 years in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience including Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and platform configuration.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
Experience with Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, REST/SOAP integrations, Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare) with compliance knowledge relating to GxP and CSV.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce environments across development, QA, UAT, and production.
Proven track record in Agile/Scrum teams and mentoring junior developers while adhering to best practices and documentation standards.
