Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and mutual fund structures including standalone funds, master-feeder funds, and 40 Act funds.
Must be willing to work shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA time zones; work experience required is 10+ to 12+ years.
Experienced in managing end-to-end financial reporting and regulatory compliance in a high-volume investment fund environment.
Demonstrates leadership in managing cross-functional teams including global offshore partners and conducting staff development and performance evaluations.
Technically proficient with financial tools and automation (e.g. FundSuite, MCH, Macros) and capable of improving current systems and workflows.
