Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years experience in network operations or related fields focused on support, automation, and site reliability engineering.
Strong expertise in network fundamentals and technologies including TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VPN, L2 switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Data Center Network technologies, and Wireless.
Familiarity with network management tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nautobot/Netbox), automation frameworks (Salt, Ansible, Python), ITIL fundamentals, and Linux system administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both enterprise and data center network environments with a consistent track record in managing complex network operations.
Skilled in network automation and proactive operational improvements, leveraging signals like SNMP, Syslog, and Streaming Telemetry to solve challenges.
Technical proficiency in advanced network technologies (e.g., VXLAN/EVPN, MPLS, SDWAN, SASE) and programming/scripting languages such as Python or Go.
