Senior Site Reliability Engineering, Storage

Own reliability, performance, and scalability of global NAS, SAN, and Object Storage platforms supporting critical services.

Lead design, deployment, and operation including automation for provisioning, monitoring, incident response, and lifecycle management of storage infrastructure.

Define and track SLOs/SLIs, lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality service delivery.

12+ years experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering with significant storage systems focus.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade NAS, SAN, and/or Object Storage platforms design, deployment, and operations.

Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack), strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Go, Shell).

Experienced in managing storage for high-performance computing, AI/ML workloads, or large-scale data analytics environments.

Skilled in debugging complex, distributed storage and performance issues with a data-driven approach to reliability improvements.

Demonstrated leadership in technical initiatives and mentoring, capable of acting as a technical lead on critical projects.
