Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computers, or a related field.
8+ years experience in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management across all functions.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL or Databricks, and advanced Excel.
Willingness to work US time zone (5:30 PM IST - 3:00 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end US healthcare RCM domain with a strong understanding of KPIs and operational metrics.
Analytical mindset with proven capability to convert complex data into actionable insights and business stories.
Ability to operate effectively in an agile environment, balancing technical development with business collaboration and process documentation.
