Minimum Requirements
10+ years engineering leadership experience with multi-team org scaling.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required; technical graduate degree preferred.
Deep hands-on experience architecting and delivering AI/ML systems including LLM, RAG, and agentic AI.
Advanced Python skills and experience with Model Context Protocol or comparable AI interoperability standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading AI engineering within SaaS or enterprise software environments and managing globally distributed teams.
Proven ability to operate at the executive level, influencing engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Track record of driving technical and organizational transformation, managing AI infrastructure costs, and establishing governance and security practices for AI systems.
