Minimum Requirements
5-8+ years of experience in enterprise ERP platform design, implementation, configuration, and support.
3+ years of project management or program leadership experience managing cross-functional, global teams.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Basic understanding of Technology processes and systems such as NPI, NPT, Tech Support, FMEA, Composition Tool, SDS Workflow, ELN, Compliance, Labeling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading global ERP digital transformation projects with cross-functional stakeholder management.
Strong strategic and operational mindset with proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions within Technology functions.
Comfortable working in complex, matrixed environments involving onshore/offshore and virtual teams in global organizations.
