Own end-to-end order processing and contract management including creation, review, and validation of order forms ensuring compliance with pricing and policies.

Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management preferred.
Willingness to work 8pm to 5am IST shift with 3 days per week office presence in Chennai.
Proven ability to handle complex contract and order management scenarios within cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on process simplification, automation, and data-driven decision making using tools like Google Suite and SAP.
Experience working with CRM, DealHub, CPQ systems and managing stakeholder collaboration across global teams and dynamic business conditions.
