Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 architecture and enterprise-scale environments including modernization and migration.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 platforms including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory integration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving Zero Trust and security-by-design models with strong identity governance and compliance knowledge.
Skilled in enterprise collaboration and endpoint management platform lifecycle including tenant migrations and coexistence strategies.
Able to lead architecture reviews and governance in large-scale Microsoft cloud environments with cross-team stakeholder engagement.
