Own procure to pay (P2P) operations tasks including requisition to PO processing, catalog and PO management, master data management, spot buys, and helpdesk support with high accuracy.
Utilize and manage various P2P and supply chain tools including SAP and perform basic project management activities using MS-Visio, MS-Powerpoint, and RPA.
Work effectively within a cross-cultural team environment, providing responsive support to customers and colleagues, while applying basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in Procure to Pay Operations Management.
Experience working with SAP is mandatory.
Must be willing to work onsite in Andheri, Mumbai, during US shifts (8 PM to 5 AM), with night shift allowance provided.
Experienced in end-to-end P2P operations with demonstrated ownership of operational tasks and accuracy.
Comfortable working night shifts and in a cross-cultural, office-based environment with customer responsiveness.
Familiar with or willing to learn project management tools and automation (RPA) to support operational efficiency.
