Serve as the primary JLL representative onsite at a commercial property in Gurgaon, addressing guest and tenant needs and maintaining strong public relations.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to support business-technology integration, including requirements specification and data analysis.
Manage compliance-related documentation and audits for the site, produce various performance and compliance reports (Daily, Weekly, MMR, QBR, ABR), and act as data custodian for reporting and analytics.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent field.
3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction industry; residential experience preferred for residential sites.
Onsite work location: New Delhi, Delhi-NCR region, specifically Gurgaon commercial site.
Work schedule: 48 hours weekly; coordinated with site team including Property Manager and others.
Experience managing integrated operational and technical reporting systems, including data extraction, trend analysis, and predictive reporting.
Strong compliance management capability, especially related to statutory regulations and audit preparation in a commercial real estate environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of coordinating across multiple teams to ensure business-technology alignment and operational excellence.
