Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years software development experience with minimum 6 years in Java,J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, WebFlux.
7+ years front-end experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps; and 5+ years building RESTful and SOAP APIs.

Proven engineering leader with experience mentoring teams and conducting design reviews in a complex full-stack Java and cloud environment.
Strong expertise in scalable backend architectures combined with deep front-end framework knowledge, capable of bridging cross-functional collaboration involving product and UX teams.
Experience integrating AI-powered features and maximizing AI tools (like GitHub Copilot) to enhance software quality and productivity in a DevSecOps context.
