Software Engineering Manager_HPC-AI

Lead and grow an engineering team focused on Agentic AI and intelligent software solutions development.

Drive design, development, optimization, and delivery of AI agents, AI-powered applications, and software platforms with improved performance and scalability.

Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams, contribute to technology strategy, and foster technical excellence through mentoring and Agile best practices.

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.

10+ years software engineering experience in systems, platform, or product development.

2+ years experience leading teams delivering AI products or solutions.

Mandatory skills: Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Multimodal AI, AI frameworks like PyTorch, Langchain, OpenVINO, and experience with model optimization techniques. Location: Bangalore only; No relocation or visa sponsorship provided.

Experienced leader in AI product development with strong technical knowledge in generative and agentic AI architectures.

Hands-on expertise with AI frameworks, deployment, and optimization of AI workloads in compute environments.

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and open-source collaborations, balancing strategic technology decisions with team growth.
