High Performance Computing - Networking Software Development Engineer

Design, develop, and debug software subsystems including networking and telemetry software focused on Layer 2 networking and HPC technologies.

Analyze design requirements, write and execute test plans, identify and fix code issues for assigned software portions or subsystems.

Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective, high-quality software solutions and communicate project status and issues.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

2-4 years of relevant software development experience.

Proficiency in C, C++, Java or equivalent programming languages.

Experience with distributed systems emphasizing resiliency, high availability, horizontal scaling, and state distribution; experience in Layer 2 networking technologies is preferred.

Experienced in designing software for high-performance computing and networking domains, especially related to HPC and telemetry.

Capable of working with multiple platform types and applying software systems design tools.

Able to communicate effectively in English and collaborate with cross-functional and outsourced teams for software development and issue resolution.
