Develop and deliver insights on payer reimbursement through secondary data analytics integrating patient claims, formulary coverage, and specialty pharmacy data.
Manage a team of 1-3 associates and collaborate cross-functionally with Coverage, Pricing, Contracting, and Patient Access teams to support value and access strategy.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in computer science, statistics, or STEM with minimum 5 years Information Systems experience OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years Information Systems experience.
5+ years healthcare experience in biopharmaceutical industry, health care, or strategy consulting with focus on coverage, access, and reimbursement.
Proficiency in at least one programming language: R, Python, or SAS; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Databricks for data analytics.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years healthcare/biopharma experience specifically in coverage, access, and reimbursement environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading analytics for rare disease products or new product/indication launches in the US healthcare market.
Strong understanding of US payer environment, including contract pricing, managed care, and value marketing.
Demonstrated ability to define analytics frameworks and provide strategic, actionable business insights using SQL, Python, and data integration tools.
