Operates effectively under guidance to deliver AI-enabled features in regulated enterprise environments, especially HCM and Payroll platforms.
Experienced in integrating AI solutions into complex enterprise software ecosystems with compliance and data privacy focus.
Comfortable working within structured software engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines and production support.
