Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years work experience in BPO Finance roles such as FP&A, MIS, WFM, Business Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
Mandatory BPO financial planning experience and hands-on preparation of MIS reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, VBA, Access, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Work Experience Required: At least 5 years in relevant BPO financial analysis roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing P&L, revenue reporting, and understanding key financial metrics within a BPO environment.
Skilled at driving report standardization, automation, and process improvements for accurate management reporting.
Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic setting.
