Build, scale, and develop a high-performing distributed engineering team with clear roles, career paths, and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and Microsoft Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Plugins, APIs).
At least 5+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, integration patterns, and Azure-based solutions.
Experience with Agile/SAFe at scale and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade, mission-critical financial services or banking applications using Microsoft technologies, preferably Dynamics 365 and Azure.
Experienced in managing distributed software teams with strong skills in Agile leadership, technical governance, and stakeholder communication.
Skilled at balancing delivery speed, product quality, and production stability while managing technical debt and cross-team dependencies.
