Senior Scrum Master

Lead and facilitate Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams to ensure reliable, high-quality product development and release management.

Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to enable transparency and confidence in delivery plans.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Success to align priorities and solve complex delivery challenges impacting client-facing platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5-10 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager, or similar Agile leadership roles.

Experience managing multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise environments with proficiency in Jira and Agile delivery tools.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, release management, delivery risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Experienced in both technical and business domains to contribute meaningfully to delivery decisions and troubleshooting discussions.

Proven ability to coordinate across multiple workstreams and business functions in enterprise or digital service organizations.

Strong facilitation and communication skills capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
