Familiarity with ITIL-based support models, incident management tools (Jira, ServiceNOW), and integrated enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, CAD/CAE/FEA.
Experienced in enterprise PLM application design involving integrated systems like CAD (CATIA V5, Siemens NX) with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Comfortable working under broad supervision in a global, multi-geo environment, capable of effective technical communication across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skilled in structured SDLC environments with solid organizational and documentation abilities and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions under guidance.
