15 years of progressive experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, NPI/NPD, or Supply Chain within manufacturing industries.
Demonstrated experience managing supplier development activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics commodities in enclosures, data solutions, power, or engineering industries.
Knowledge and practical use of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA; Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and PMP preferred.
Experienced in managing and developing supplier quality and development teams with multi-site and global supply chain exposure.
Proficient in leading strategic supplier projects involving localization, NPI/NPD execution, supplier qualification, and quality improvements within mechanical, electrical, and electronics manufacturing.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, and Global Commodity teams to drive supplier and supply chain performance aligned to business growth.
